But with the introduction of newer E-9’s and the general reduction of passenger services, these units were gradually downgraded to freight service, losing their passenger colors, high speed gearing and steam generators in the process. This release of Genesis series Milwaukee Road FP7’s represents their 1970s freight service appearance.
